We start from the process, not from the product.
We analyze your process and heat demand, whether it is a steam, hot water , super heated water or thermal oil boilers, or any type of industrial furnace or dryer, together with fuel characteristics, emission limits and production constraints.
We translate these requirements into a complete combustion concept.
Only then we select and configure the right burner, control system and auxiliary equipment.
Through our partners General Bruciatori in Italy and Energy Technology & Control in the UK, we integrate industrial burners and combustion control systems that are engineered and tested in Europe, using proven designs, high quality components and traceable manufacturing.
The result is a system that is engineered for your plant instead of forcing your plant to adapt to a standard burner.
Customized combustion solutions
Most burner suppliers stop at a limited range of standard burners for a narrow set of fuels.
InnoBurn is built for the projects where “standard” is not enough.
Thanks to the flexible product range of General Bruciatori, we can work from very low up to very large industrial loads, with both Monoblock and Duoblock burners and a wide family of special designs, including plate burners, pilot burners, ATEX executions, dedicated combustors and burners for waste incineration plants.
Together with GB and ETC we design systems for:
- Multi fuel firing: natural gas, LPG, biogas, refinery gas, hydrogen blends, syngas and various process waste gasses
- Liquid and dense fuels: light and heavy fuel oil, animal fats, vegetable oils, waste oils and alcohol based streams
- Biomass and powder fuels, such as wood dust, where waste from production is converted into useful energy instead of a disposal cost
In reference installations worldwide, these engineered solutions have reduced natural gas consumption significantly by replacing part of the fuel with biomass dust or process waste fuels, often with attractive payback periods based on local energy prices and operating hours.

- With GB we can work as an OEM burner supplier for boiler manufacturers in Turkey.
Because GB burners are highly customizable, we can match the burner to the boiler maker’s design, door, furnace or incinerator geometry and performance targets and deliver tailor made burners for their product range. - With ETC we can support both boiler manufacturers and burner manufacturers as OEM customers.
ETC controllers, fuel air ratio systems and safety equipment can become the core of high efficiency, low emission and fully compliant boilers and burners produced in Turkey for local and export markets.
