System Design

We help you select the right burner and control package based on capacity, fuel type, turndown ratio, NOx targets, altitude, ambient conditions, electrical standards, and process requirements. You receive a clear recommendation for model, configuration, and control concept.

System Execution

We execute and commission combustion systems based on an approved design - including installation, wiring, integration, testing, start-up, and combustion tuning. Where an EPC contractor is involved, we provide on-site supervision and commissioning support to ensure safe, reliable operation in line with the design.

Equipment Supply

We define the required equipment list and can supply all necessary components to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance - including third-party items when required. We also support part identification, technical documentation, and delivery coordination to reduce project risk and downtime.

Product Selection

We support the design of combustion systems for boilers, furnaces, and process plants. This includes control philosophy, instrumentation selection, gas train sizing, air supply and draft considerations, safety logic, and integration with plant automation.

Troubleshooting and repair

We diagnose burner and control issues such as ignition failures, flame detection trips, unstable modulation, servomotors and sensor faults, and communication problems. When possible, we support remotely first, then proceed with on-site corrective actions and repairs.

Installation & Commissioning

We support installation and provide commissioning services, including safety checks, interlock verification, controller parameter setup, modulation tuning, and combustion adjustment based on flue gas analysis. The goal is stable operation, reliable ignition, and repeatable performance.

Periodic Maintenance

Planned maintenance improves reliability, efficiency, and safety. We provide service plans covering inspection, cleaning, calibration, wear-part replacement, safety chain verification, and performance checks aligned with operating hours and duty cycle.
