Combustion engineering

Feasibility studies, heat and mass balance, burner and system sizing, fuel flexibility studies, and complete combustion system design for boilers, furnaces, and process plants. We translate process requirements into a combustion concept, then define the overall combustion system architecture and the burner configuration and customization scope, along with the required control and instrumentation scope, aligned with emission limits and operating constraints.

System delivery

Supply of European manufactured industrial burners and combustion control equipment from General Bruciatori (Italy) and Energy Technology & Control - ETC (UK), either as standalone items or as an integrated system.

This includes burner management and modulation control, operator interfaces, servomotors, flame detection, sensors, and O2 trim and etc. where required. Upon request, we can also supply additional combustion system components needed for smooth execution and reduced interface risk.

Commissioning and support

System execution support from installation and integration to testing, start-up, and combustion tuning based on flue gas analysis.

We provide warranty and after-sales support for General Bruciatori and ETC equipment in line with manufacturer terms, including troubleshooting and repair, periodic maintenance planning, operator training, and original spare parts support to keep combustion safe, stable, and efficient over the full lifecycle.
