Detail
The San Vittore del Lazio Incineration Plant in Italy required a combustion system capable of delivering continuous, stable, and high-temperature operation to ensure safe and efficient waste treatment.
Due to the nature of the incineration process, the burners had to be designed for high thermal output, long operating cycles, and reliable performance under heavy-duty conditions.
The main objective was to guarantee operational continuity, maintain stable high-temperature combustion, and ensure safe and controlled process operation.
Implemented Solution
The plant was equipped with two GB-SRO 20 GEMLX gas burners, each rated at 19 MW, providing a total installed thermal capacity of 38 MW.
The delivered solution included:
- Combustion system optimized for incinerator applications
- 2 × 19 MW burner configuration with 38 MW total capacity
- Robust mechanical design suitable for continuous high-temperature operation
- Full integration with industrial automation and safety systems
- Stable flame geometry and controlled combustion performance
Results Achieved
Following installation and commissioning, the system successfully achieved:
- Continuous and stable high-temperature operation for the incineration process
- Guaranteed operational continuity under heavy-duty conditions
- Improved process stability and combustion efficiency
- Reliable long-term performance with reduced operational risk
- Enhanced overall plant safety and control capability
Benefits Delivered
- High-capacity burner solution specifically designed for incineration plants
