ETC6081

Overview


The ETC6081 O2 Trim interface and software enables closed-loop oxygen trim on ETC controllers by integrating a flue-mounted oxygen probe. It continuously trims the fuel:air ratio based on measured flue oxygen to improve combustion efficiency and emissions performance in industrial and commercial burner and boiler applications.

  • Integrates a flue oxygen probe with ETC controllers to provide continuous O2 feedback
  • Automatically trims the fuel:air ratio in real time to maintain efficient combustion under changing load
  • Compensates for combustion variables such as barometric pressure, humidity, and gas pressure to stabilise excess air
  • Provides an intuitive automatic trim set-up routine to reduce commissioning time
  • Supports assignable oxygen and temperature alarm limits for monitoring and protection
  • Enables boiler efficiency and calculated CO2 display and retransmission when the 6086 air temperature sensor is included in the peripheral configuration

Options and customization


  • Select ETC6083 probe size to match the target flue size (0.3 m to 4.0 m across)
  • Configure oxygen alarm limits to suit site requirements
  • Configure temperature alarm limits to suit site requirements
  • Add the 6086 air temperature sensor in the peripheral configuration to enable boiler efficiency and calculated CO2 display and retransmission
