Overview


ETC6083-3 is an oxygen trim probe solution used with the ETC6081 oxygen trim interface and software to improve combustion efficiency on boilers and burners controlled by ETC controllers. By providing fast flue gas oxygen feedback, it supports automatic, real-time correction of the fuel to air ratio to keep combustion stable, efficient, and low in emissions across changing operating conditions.

  • Enables oxygen trim control by integrating an oxygen probe into ETC controller based combustion control
  • Continuously measures oxygen in the flue gas to provide real-time trim feedback
  • Supports automatic adjustment of the burner fuel to air ratio to maintain optimal combustion
  • Helps compensate fuel to air ratio for operating variables such as barometric pressure, humidity, and gas pressure

  • Boiler efficiency and calculated CO2 can be displayed and retransmitted when a 6086 air temperature sensor is included in the peripheral configuration
