ETC6095

Overview


ETC 6095 is a UV flame scanner designed to work with the ETC6000 series burner controllers for safe, continuous burner and boiler operation. It combines ultraviolet flame detection with an integrated shutter self-check to support reliable flame supervision in installations that run without constant attendance.

  • Detects flame presence using UV sensing for burner safety supervision
  • Supports continuous, unsupervised burner or boiler operation by providing dependable flame proving
  • Performs automatic integrity checks by periodically interrupting the flame signal for dark tests
  • Communicates flame status and detector integrity to the ETC6000 controller in real time via CANBus
  • Helps identify flame detection faults early by verifying the integrity of the flame signal during operation
  • Maintains reliable flame detection performance in installations where supply voltage may be below typical levels

Options and customization


  • Detector mounting selection within the 609x family, choose ETC6095 for axial, in-line sight tube viewing or ETC6094 for radial wind-box mounting
  • Sight tube based installation at the front of the burner to match the burner geometry and viewing line
  • CANBus based integration within the ETC6000 peripheral architecture for system configuration and monitoring
  • Installation suitability for harsh indoor or outdoor locations within the specified ambient range and protection ratings
