ETC6100

Overview


ETC6100 is an electronic ratio control (ERC) solution for combustion systems, designed to manage single point and multi-element processes with precise fuel-air mixture control. It supports smart system architectures by integrating with IoT frameworks and enabling advanced monitoring and analytics. Its compact footprint supports installation inside burner enclosures for both new and retrofit applications.

Core functions


  • Adjusts the fuel-air ratio to optimize combustion performance across single point and multi-element processes
  • Controls fuel and air positioning using assigned rotary servomotors to maintain accurate, repeatable ratio control
  • Manages multi-curve operation by programming up to four fuel-air ratio profiles to suit different operating conditions
  • Coordinates combustion air fan and fuel pump control through dual variable speed drive management, including VFD-based fan speed control
  • Performs local modulation using boiler temperature or pressure sensors with two internal PID controllers for integrated control behavior
  • Supports integration and interfacing through CANBus wiring architecture, selectable industrial communications, and interfaces to third party flame safeguards

  • CANBus communications between controllers, servomotors, displays and peripherals to simplify wiring
  • Communications protocol options include RS-485, Profibus and Modbus RTU
  • Interfaces to third party flame safeguards for external system connectivity
  • Multilingual text or graphical display options available for the user interface
