Overview

The ETC6300 Control is a compact, single fuel burner management controller for lighter industrial and larger commercial boiler applications where space and wiring simplicity matter. It combines burner safety supervision and performance control in a unit designed to be mounted within the burner enclosure, and it supports site-level monitoring and analysis when used with ETC Plant Master and the 6300 Bluetooth App.

Core functions

• Provides single fuel burner management with continuous flame supervision and air pressure monitoring
• Manages safety shutdown logic including fuel valve shut off control and plant or burner interlocks
• Performs gas valve leak testing to support safer start-up routines
• Regulates boiler temperature or pressure using PID control by modulating firing rate, including support for a secondary setpoint strategy during low demand periods
• Controls combustion fan speed with speed feedback using either a current signal or a pulse signal
• Shares status and diagnostics via built-in Modbus RTU, with Profibus available via an external interface device, and supports monitoring through Plant Master and the 6300 Bluetooth App
