Overview
The ETC6300 Display is a compact single fuel burner controller for small industrial and larger commercial boiler installations where simple local visibility is preferred. It integrates burner management, safety monitoring, and performance optimisation in a space-saving unit designed for mounting within the burner enclosure. It is compatible with ETC Plant Master and the 6300 Bluetooth App to support monitoring and analysis on multi-boiler sites.

- Monitors flame signal and combustion air pressure to support safe burner operation
- Controls fuel shut off valve sequencing and safety shutdown logic
- Performs gas valve leak testing as part of safety checking routines
- Regulates boiler temperature or pressure using PID control with modulating firing rate
- Controls combustion fan speed with speed feedback using either current or pulse signal
- Supports multi-boiler monitoring and communications integration via Plant Master, Bluetooth App, and built-in protocols
