Overview
ETC6844 Plant Master Mode is a multi-boiler management mode available on the ETC6075 Touchscreen HMI for ETC6000 series boiler and burner control systems. It uses Ethernet to connect up to 10 ETC6000 series controllers to a single user interface for centralized monitoring and analysis. Plant Master Mode is intended for integrated steam generation systems where coordinated boiler output control is required.
Core functions
- Connects up to 10 ETC6000 series controllers to a single ETC6075 user interface using Ethernet for multi-boiler monitoring
- Uses a CANBus steam pressure sensor connected to a local ETC6000 controller as the steam pressure input for plant-level control
- Manages total plant output using a single PID loop to match steam generation to changing load demand
- Provides a consolidated plant overview including steam pressure, boiler output levels, and boiler status for real-time analysis
- Logs change and error data to support predictive maintenance planning and troubleshooting
- Supports remote monitoring and adjustment capabilities with encrypted data transmission for authorized access
Key technical features
